Enroll/Cost

All registered students taking (9) nine or more credit hours and graduate students enrolled in full time graduate studies are automatically enrolled in this insurance plan at registration unless proof of comparable coverage is furnished. Eligible dependents of those enrolled in the plan may participate in the plan on a voluntary basis.

Dependent’s coverage must match the same time period as the student. Please contact [email protected] if you would like your coverage to end upon graduation.

Your QLE effective date will begin on your first day that you are enrolled or the first date of lost coverage and then continue for the remainder of the coverage period
